At Senzu Health, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wellness journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals remain intact and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Afford the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
